I had several conversations through FB with Crescent Moon and they were very helpful & professional. We ended up meeting at a local place and I brought my daughters. One 16 & the other 5. After going through some designs and picking out something simple I was told that there would be time left over in my session that I had booked so my oldest could have one done also. Both highly satisfied with the work that had been done & also booked an at home party too. The little one even received a lil' heart on her hand. Kendra had a great personality & look forward to meeting with her in the future. Its was a great bonding experience with my girls.

I recently had a large henna tattoo done by Kendra and I was very pleased.  I am considering getting a permanent tattoo and wanted to test it first with something not so permanent.  I contacted Kendra and let her know what I was looking for and we set up an appointment within two days of me getting in touch with her.  The art that I wanted to get was kind of a shooting star design that goes down my ribs and my thigh, ending mid thigh.  Kendra advised that she does not have a studio and because we would be working on a pretty large area of my body she offered to come to my home to do the work which I thought was very accomodating.  I thought Kendra was very friendly, prompt and professional.  She worked on my design for about an hour and charged me $75.  I got the henna paste applied on a Wednesday and by Friday the tattoo had matured and looked great.  I was very pleased with the result.  I would recommend Kendra and would use her again for any henna work I would have done.

Crescent Moon Henna came out to do some bridal henna for my 10th anniversary party.  The design was beautiful!  I have had so many compliments over the last week.  The stain was so dark and gorgeous.  It has now been 11 days since application and my feet are still dark and perfect! Kendra was such a pleasure to be around.  She also did henna designs on the ladies in my wedding party and some simple designs for guests at my party.  I spent the better part of the weekend with her  because of all of this.  All of my guests were very complimentary of her.  I would  hire her again without a second thought!

Had the opportunity to have my first henna done at a bridal shower this weekend and was so delighted not only by the quality of the art she produced, but by the experience that she provided.  I vaguely described what I would like and she produced amazing artwork on either hand. One of my friends was tentative about the sensation of having the henna applied, the artist was compassionate, kind and accommodating.

In my experience she was extremely SELFLESS. She was knowledgeable and personable. She was entertaining to talk with, and being an artist myself she humored me and allowed to hover while she worked. I've had AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL henna designs from Kendra for over eight years and will continue to use her services every chance I get. Her designs are intricate and unique. She has made each of them with personal meaning for whatever's going on in my life at the time, from drawing symbols of blessing across my entire belly and breast before I delivered my first child to recognizing special people in my family. While the general observer wouldn't have recognized the significance, it just made my experiences of each design that much deeper for me and those that I love.​ Kendra works quickly and with safe materials- not cheap quality stuff that can do damage to the skin. I met Kendra a couple of years ago and when I found out that she did Henna I just knew I had to get one.  I was NOT disappointed!  I got a wonderful design that she did freehand, right off the top of her head and not out of any book!  I was even complimented, by many people, on how great it looked!  Since then, I have gotten numerous Henna Tattoos from her, threw a henna party at my house, and have recommended her to friends and family!  She is personable and professional and does outstanding work!!!!  Definitely worth more than 5 stars!!!!

Kendra did a fabulous job on the henna for my wedding.  It was a last minute decision on my part and she was very accommodating about working me in on a holiday weekend.  We met at a coffee shop between my brunch and hers - convenient for both of us.  The henna I have is better than what I had envisioned - it's been getting rave reviews from friends.  She was fast and efficient and very clear with care instructions.  Reasonable price.

I just got mine done today, and I am 100% happy!

Kendra is the owner and designer of Crescent Moon Henna. If you go to the website, you can see her work. Her works looks like it's more hands and feet, but she will do work anywhere you ask her to. I had my henna on my leg. She is also by appointment only, but she's extremely flexible about meeting you. The best part is that she comes to your house, which is wonderfully convienent!

I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, so she brought some design books and had me show her what kind of things that I liked. Then she customized the design for my leg. It is wonderful and exactly what I wanted! But she can also work from any pictures that you give her, so if you have something specific she's the perfect person to call.

She is also professional, prompt and friendly. She took care to make sure I was comfortable while she worked on me.

I'm very happy and will most certainly be calling her in the future.
